What's new on municibid

_What's new on municibid_

We spent some time this summer making several improvements to municibid.
These improvements all had the goal of increasing ease of use and making the
site more enjoyable for municibid users. Here are some of the changes you
might or might not have noticed.
* _Live support chat_ - You can now chat with us live right from
municibid.com We will be more than happy to answer any questions you
have. To chat click on the tab in the lower right of the screen when you
are on any municibid page. The tab will say "Chat live with us now" if
we are available or "contact us" if we are offline. If we are offline
you can submit a question and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
* _New buttons_ - You might have noticed some of the new buttons on the
site. These icons make it easier for you to do things like; see what is
ending soon, sign up for our monthly newsletter, visit our blog,
* _New Blog Layout_ - We updated the look of our[3] blog. We will be
putting up more blog postings with news about municibid, our users, and
as well as news that might interest you if you are into technology in
governement.
* _User tutorials_ - We now have new tutorials to help you use the site.
If you are a buyer you can either[4] download or [5]watch our tutorial
on "How to bid". If you are a seller you can find seller tutorials (both
a document and video) when you [6]click sell in the menu.
* _User interface changes_ - We turned some knobs, pulled some levers and
made some subtle yet helpful interface changes including colors, font
sizes and overall appearance.
* _More to come_ - We are always in the process of making our site and
service better. Be on the lookout for big changes to our help section as
well as our contact page. We always appreciate any comments and
suggestions you may have on site improvements. Please let us know!
